1. Local Order lead time is 1 week upon received of payment.
2. Foreign / Overseas Order lead time is 3-4 weeks upon received payment. 
3. Please allow 1 extra week during festive season for us to complete your orders.
4. Money back guarantee for any item not available during order period & we will refund to you via bank transfers of your choice within 24 hours for any item whichever not available for delivery.
5. Cannot cancel current order unless we agreed to do so in simple notification via electronic messages or notices. (Whatsapp or Email).
